I had an excellent experience at Napleton Hyundai thanks to Rick, my service advisor. From the moment I arrived for my oil change, Rick was professional, attentive, and genuinely focused on providing great customer service. He clearly explained what services were being performed, gave an accurate estimate of the time it would take, and kept me updated throughout the process.

I did not bring my vehicle in for service on 5/30 which auto-prompted this review. I have left two voicemails this last week to schedule the replacement horn on the used vehicle I purchased which I was told I had 30 days to do. At the 13 day mark I received the notification I had service done to my vehicle, which never happened.

I had an oil change and my tires rotated. I waited in their indoor seating area that includes both refreshments and comfortable seating. In addition, once my vehicle was ready I was escorted to the payment center and taken to my vehicle for inspection and exiting of the facility.
