Experience with Michael was fine, at least a 9 and maybe a 10, with no issues at all. However, facility leaves something to be desired, as not enough room exists for really doing anything except sitting on one's butt while you wait for your car to be serviced (oil change, filter change, etc.) Bottom line...throw in a couple of tables inside (like Penske in Noblesville has) and put in a table or two and a sitting area outside for when the weather is nice and let people feel like they don't "hate waiting" when their car is being serviced"

Michael was very courteous, answered all my questions at check-in, and kept his word on providing updates on the progress of the services throughout the day and at the end of the day. He was very proactive in communicating everything.
