My name is Kevin Pettijohn and I am a Service Dispatcher here at Napleton Hyundai of Carmel. I joined the dealership in 2015, starting out as a Sales Porter. Since then, I have worked as a Service Porter and then named a Service Dispatcher. I have built a reputation for being a hard working individual that is always looking for ways to improve and grow within the automotive business. Over the years, I have earned an Associate's degree in Business Management, as well as a certificate of completion at Lincoln College of Technology for Automotive. Working in this industry has always been a dream of mine; I truly love being around vehicles. My favorite things to do during down time include riding motorcycles and working out.

Kevin was great at appt intake and keeping us updated along the way. I was not happy with how long it took just to check in or how long it took to complete my service. I understand neither of those things are a direct reflection of Kevin however, because of those things and the increase in cost of the LOF/tire rotation, we will be looking to take our business elsewhere in the future!

Kevin’s a great guy. I had had some recall issues and was feeling a bit defeated about communication in the past. Kevin spent ample time making sure I had a good experience, righted the wrongs of my past experiences and made sure all of my open recalls were successfully completed in one day. Things happen, but I appreciate his customer service and expertise to make sure I felt good about my service and feel safe on the road. I love my car, and I’m thankful for Kevin and his team and the service provided to make sure it’s in the best shape!
