My name is Kevin Pettijohn and I am a Service Dispatcher here at Napleton Hyundai of Carmel. I joined the dealership in 2015, starting out as a Sales Porter. Since then, I have worked as a Service Porter and then named a Service Dispatcher. I have built a reputation for being a hard working individual that is always looking for ways to improve and grow within the automotive business. Over the years, I have earned an Associate's degree in Business Management, as well as a certificate of completion at Lincoln College of Technology for Automotive. Working in this industry has always been a dream of mine; I truly love being around vehicles. My favorite things to do during down time include riding motorcycles and working out.

Kevin's service was exemplary. From the welcome when I arrived to him asking if I minded having a trainee participate in my registration experience, he was focused and detailed. As an educator, I appreciated the patient kindness he displayed in training his new colleague. As a customer, I knew I was the focus of this interaction. As a past recipient of service at Napleton, I had observed Kevin's performance although this was the first time I have worked with him directly. He is always composed, calm, and organized. I truly believe he cares about the customer experience. Once I left my vehicle and returned home, communication with Kevin occurred exactly as described. I was kept well informed of the status of my vehicle until all approvals for additional service were made and the job was complete. Kevin was fine, but Hyundai had my car for 5 days. Didn't even diagnose it till day 3. Code was gone by then so I got charged diagnosis fee. Then ended up paying $1600 for new tires etc. I go to drive it home after 5 days at Hyundai and the car is not driving right. Waste of time and money.
