Customers find me easy to talk to and ready with a laugh, all while providing the information they need to make great decisions. I bring more than 27 years of automotive industry experience to my role here along with a desire to be better every day, always learning and improving. I feel so honored when people return to purchase another car or refer their family and friends to me. Originally from Mexico City, I’m proud to offer my services in both Spanish and English. My wife and I have four sons and four grandsons. When it comes to sports, I root for the Dallas Cowboys and Cruz Azul, my favorite soccer team from the Mexican league. One of the most enjoyable sales experiences I have been through. Did it help that we had already bought a Santa Fe thru you, yes, but you all (Jacob - GM, Jordan - Finance and Julian - Sales rep) were personable and have the right note for a good customer experience. That is rare in this day and age, especially with the service industry.
