Over half of what I needed looked at didn’t even happen. The service that should have been done there, didn’t even get completed. Vehicle was there over a week long! My transmission replacement at another dealership didn’t even take that long. Very poor communication. The absolute worst with the receptionist. Her communication and attitude was awful. Receptionist, she should be fired. Awful. Jordan was very nice and helpful. Good personality, i think he was just going through some things. But the rest of the team and the service, very poor. I’d rate Jordan a 6, and the receptionist and whoever the techs were a 0. Likely won’t be back

Jordan was very professional and kind, even gave the car a wash, which they have never done before. I was half way home when I realized there was no sticker in the window to say when the next service was due and it is not on the paperwork either. We called and left a message, but it was not returned.
