I have been a Service Advisor at Napleton Hyundai of Carmel for the past five months, and it has been a rewarding journey. I have focused on building strong relationships with our clients and my colleagues. I take pride in the fact that customers frequently request to work with me specifically, which I credit to my commitment to providing excellent service and treating everyone with the same respect I would expect myself. My approach is straightforward: I am here to help people to the best of my ability, keep things professional, and maintain a positive, friendly attitude. I am known for being easy to get along with and enjoy keeping things light with a bit of humor while getting the job done. Outside of the shop, I am a fan of spy thrillers and audiobooks, and I always look forward to bowling with the guys. I am passionate about discussing music and cars, and I try to make the most of every day. Whether I am planning my next trip to St. John or simply heading into work, I value the opportunity to assist our customers and contribute to our team.
